High Ceilings and Large Windows
The height of the rooms measures 260 cm,meaning 20 cm higher than the usual residential suites.
A/C with a Humidifier
BUREAU Shinagawa is the first building in Japan which has A/C with a humidifier. The temperature is always being adjusted due to the central heating system from the top of the building in order to keep permanently fresh air in the room, so you can have a comfortable room condition even during the humid seasons and winter.
24- Hour Security Service
The disaster prevention center and a security office are located at the basement of the building. There are also 50 cameras set up inside the building managing the residences` security 24 hours.
Well structured building, safe during earthquakes
BUREAU Shinagawa is constructed by Takenaka Corp. with the latest technology called "Seishin Kouzou" .The building has a special panel both in the center and in the basement of the building. Also, for your safety and comfort, there are braces placed in the walls between the rooms in order to reduce the seismic intensity.
Parking
BUREAU Shinagawa offers you a parking space for 92 cars on the basement. There is a limited dimension W1900-L5000-H1550. We cannot provide parking space for the following car types: high roofs, Mercedes Benz-S Class , Odyssey etc.
