Serving continental breakfast every morning on the river side restaurant. (2 guests per a room) Please enjoy relaxing moment with tasteful sight.

On the top floor for various kinds of scenes, free lounge space for all the guests with great view of Shinjuku and Roppongi city sight. ( Daily: 9:00 - 21:00)

A perfect place to spend a relaxing time is our spa and sauna at the 24th floor.
Weekdays: 6:00AM - 11:00AM, 6:00PM - midnight
Weekends/Holidays: 6:00AM - 2:00PM, 6:00PM - midnight
Fitness(24F)
Stay fit every day by using the fitness center at the 24th floor. Running machines, cross trainer and other machines are set up to keep you fit. Enjoy the view while training.

Shuttle Bus
On weekday morning, our shuttle bus will take you directly to JR Shinagawa Station.

On the 1st floor there is a large lobby which can be used also for short meetings.
Outdoor wooden deck
Surround yourself with green and sit out in the sun while enjoying a cup of coffee on the outdoor wooden deck. Seasonal resident-only parties are hosted here.

For business meetings or presentations, there is a conference room on the 2nd floor, equipped with a white-board, projector, VCR, etc. Also, a private meeting space with a view is available on the 24th floor.
