Our friendly concierge staff at the 1st floor lobby are ready to offer you bilingual consultations, answer your questions and give you directions. Feel free to contact the concierge by dialing direct from your suite or visiting the front desk.

Mail Services (Parcels, and bigger envelopes) delivery
The Concierge can keep any parcels delivered for you, so you do not have to worry if you will return late or are away on business for several days.

If you have any mail which has to be delivered please feel free to contact the Concierge.
Laundry
Laundry turned in by 11am(Mon-Sat) will be available for pick-up within 2 business days. We accept express delivery for an extra charge. A dry-cleaning form, bag and a price list can be found at the Concierge.
Restaurant reservation
If you are looking for a traditional restaurant or want to go to a particular type of restaurant, please feel free to ask the Concierge to make a reservation for you.
Travel & Sightseeing information
If you or your family members from abroad would like some information about where and what to visit in Tokyo, our Concierge staff would be happy to provide you information about great sightseeing spots.
Hospital Information
In case of any emergency or injury our staff will drive you to the nearest hospital.
We can also provide information about specific clinics or hospitals. Space Design Inc. also has a 24-hour bi-lingual hotline which you can call anytime (toll free) for assistance.
Taxi
Please feel free to contact the Concierge for taxi service.
Newspapers
We would be glad to help you with the subscription if you are interested in ordering any newspaper.
Baggage service
Should your luggage be too heavy, please feel free to ask the Concierge and your luggage will be carried to your suite.
Visitors
If you have visitors, the Concierge can show them to your suite or they can wait in the lobby, according to your preference.
