Contract Process

1.Building Search (Inquiry and Request of Information)

Please search according to your requirements at Building Search or Request Information.

We will find the appropriate building to meet your particular needs.

2.Apartment Viewing

Please make a reservation to view our buildings.

Reservations can be made by calling the Call Center.

3.Application

Once you decide on a location, please fill out the application form and submit the required documents.

Applications can be submitted by mail, fax, or e-mail.

Review Corporate Contracts
  • Application Form (issued by Space Design)
  • Corporate Signature or Seal Stamp
  • Company Outline
  • Official Corporate Certificate issued within 3 months
Individual Contracts
  • Application Form (issued by Space Design)
  • Individual Signature or Seal Stamp
  • Picture ID(e.g. driver's license, resident card, passport, employee certification, etc.)
  • Individual Income Statement (most current version required)(e.g. tax returns, etc.)
Contract
  • Contract Form (issued by Space Design)
  • Applicant's Signature or Seal Stamp
  • Deposit
  • First Month's Rent
  • *We may ask tenants to provide documents not listed above.
  • *We ask for rental payment before check-in.
  • *We accept payment by credit cards (please refer to the Contract Process below).
  • *Please confirm all of the above information before entering the contract.

4.Review of Documents

The submitted documents will be reviewed and the applicant will be contacted.

5.Payment / Contract

Payment

We will send you an invoice and ask that payment be made before you move in. We accept credit card payments from the following credit companies.

Contract

We will process your contract.

*There will be a penalty for cancellations after the contract is completed. Please enquire the Call Center for further information.

6.Moving In

Once the contract is completed, we will hand over the room keys and you may move in.
