What is your most impressive experience at SD?
The time when I received my first order. There was a mistake on my part, and I went to apologize to the upset customer time and
time again during the cold winter. It was when the customer finally forgive me and signed the contract that I felt really blessed. Now, that customer and I have become close enough to talk about our lives at bars. I feel that I am able to grow concurrently with my customers.
