What is your main job?
I am the building manager of Bureau Ginza and in charge of operations and services within the building. Our service motto is to
provide our guests and tenants an environment which other serviced offices and apartment companies may not be able to offer. We try our best to provide a very homelike environment for
our tenants, so they can be comfortable and satisfied at any time when they are here at Bureau Ginza. Although the majority of
our staff members here at Bureau Ginza are young and inexperienced, I make sure they try to interact with our precious tenants in order to obtain a lot of positive experience which can be very advantageous for their future Space Design careers.
What is the best aspect of working at Space Design?
We are expected to provide services which will satisfy our executive guests here at Bureau Ginza. No matter if our staff members are in their first year or fifth year, we are expected to offer a service at a level which is proportional to our Bureau, B-site, and Burex series
on which we spent a lot of time designing and constructing each of our apartments. We who work at Space Design may have different personalities, but we work with the same goal. I do not know of a company that is this interesting to work for, with a lot of helpful colleagues with whom to work.
