Service Staffs & Concierge
Our BUREAU / B-SITE service staffs reflect our international guests. As approximately 70% of our guests are travelers from abroad, we are ready to assist in either English or Japanese. We also have speakers of Mandarin, Korean, Spanish, French, and other languages.
If you have any problems or questions regarding your apartment, our service staffs can come directly to your apartment to assist. Selected BUREAU properties also have a reception service.

Virtual Concierge(24HR Bilingual Telephone Hotline)
As a BUREAU / B-SITE guest, you have access to our toll-free 24HR Bilingual (English/Japanese) Telephone Hotline. For any questions you have, or help you need, our friendly staffs are just a phone call away. For less pressing matters, you can also email us or visit our resident-only information website.
Some example requests we are happy to receive:
- Could you help me out with using the washing machine in my apartment?
- Can you recommend a good Italian restaurant nearby?
- I'll hand my mobile to the taxi driver, so could you give him directions to my apartment?
- I don't speak any Japanese, so could you order a pizza for me?
- Can you help arrange a weekend trip for me outside of Tokyo?
Yohei Kikuchi (Takanawa)
Hello, I am Yohei Kikuchi from Takanawa Service Center. We aim to welcome our guests in a warm and friendly manner, providing a down-to-earth and relaxed living experience. In our apartments you find everything you need to settle down properly on your very first day. Having lived in four different countries we acknowledge the importance of feeling at home and will be happy catering to your needs in English and Japanese.

My name is Kyoko Murase, I am the member of concierge team of B:CONTE Asakusa.
All of our staffs here at this residential hotel are very friendly and we always try our best to provide at-home and comfortable environment for all our guests. Our staffs are mostly bilingual, and I would say it is a very interesting environment to work in. I myself also lived in Singapore, so it is very exciting to be able to meet and talk to many guests and tenants from different backgrounds.

Cable TV Channels
We provide cable TV channels including English news and movies channels.
Properties are monitored by security systems, and only residents have to access the building interior.
All apartments are equipped with custom designed furnishing along with the latest electrical and living appliances.
