Our Service
All services below are included in your rent. All electricity, gas, water, Internet, cable TV, house keeping, and moving out cleaning fees are included in the rent. There are no taxes or service charges. Only outgoing telephone calls are charged separately.*There may be extra charges for excessive utility usage.
Support for living in Japan
Our BUREAU / B-SITE service staff reflect our international guests. As approximately 70% of our guests are travelers from abroad, we are ready to assist in either English or Japanese. We also have speakers of Hindi, Bengali, Mandarin, Korean, Spanish, German, French, and other languages.
If you have any problems or questions regarding your apartment, our service staff can come directly to your apartment to assist. Select BUREAU properties also have front a front desk concierge.
As a BUREAU / B-SITE guest, you have access to our toll-free 24HR Bilingual (English/Japanese) Telephone Helpline. For any questions you have, or help you need, our friendly staff are just a phone call away. For less pressing matters, you can also email us or visit our resident-only information website.
Some example requests we are happy to receive:
- Could you help me out with using the washing machine in my apartment?
- Can you recommend a good Italian restaurant nearby?
- I'll hand my mobile to the taxi driver, so could you give him directions to my apartment?
- I don't speak any Japanese, so could you order a pizza for me?

Inside your BUREAU / B-SITE apartment
Free, all-you-can-use high-speed Internet access with LAN cable is in every apartment.
We provide over 30 cable TV channels including English news and movies channels.
Professional housekeeping and linen service is provided once a week for BUREAU, every other week for B-SITE.
Properties are monitored by security systems, and only residents have to access the building interior.
All apartments are equipped with custom designed furnishing along with the latest electrical and living appliances.*Furnishings vary by apartment.
