In the lobby restaurant "Sakura", guests can enjoy a continental breakfast daily (free for up to two guests per apartment). Outside of breakfast hours, Sakura serves as a regular restaurant.

In the exclusive for residents lounge on the top floor you can enjoy wine, cocktails and other drinks while savoring beautiful night skyline of Roppongi and Shinjuku and a wonderful live piano performance.

Stay fit every day by using the fitness center at the 24th floor. Running machines, cross trainer and other machines are set up to keep you fit. Enjoy the view while training.

Shuttle Bus
On weekday morning, our shuttle bus will take you directly to JR Shinagawa Station.

Outdoor wooden deck
Surround yourself with green and sit out in the sun while enjoying a cup of coffee on the outdoor wooden deck. Seasonal resident-only parties are hosted here.

For business meetings or presentations, there is a conference room on the 2nd floor, equipped with a white-board, projector, VCR, etc. Also, a private meeting space with a view is available on the 24th floor.

Garbage storage on Each Floor
For guests who need to dispose of garbage between housekeeping days, there are garbage storage on each floor. There is no need to take your garbage down to a common garbage room on the ground floor.
