BUREAU Takanawa is located near Shinagawa Station, one of the main hubs of Tokyo's Yamanote Line. On the southern part of Tokyo, from this station you would have access to Tokyo, Shibuya, Shinjuku, and other important Tokyo locations. Yokohama is also about 20 minutes to the south.
