1.Building Search (Inquiry and Request of Information)

Please search according to your requirements at Building Search or Request Information.

We will find the appropriate building to meet your particular needs.

2.Room Viewing

Please make a reservation to view our buildings.

Reservations can be made by calling the Call Center.

3.Application

Once you decide on a location, please fill out the application form and submit the required documents.

Applications can be submitted by mail, fax, or e-mail.

  • Company Outline
  • Official Corporate Certificate issued within 3 months
  • Documents of Company Accounts(or a business plan in the case of start-up companies)

  • ◎Guarantor's Seal Stamp Registration Certification(issued within 3 months)

4.Review of Documents

The submitted documents will be reviewed and the applicant will be contacted.

5.Discussion of IT and Options

We will discuss tenants particular telephone/Internet and other related requirements.

6.Explanation of Contract

For contracts of 1 year or more, we will perform a formal explanation of the main points of the contract before you need to sign.

7.Payment / Contract

Payment

We will send you an invoice and ask that payment be made before you move in.

The rent can also be withdrawn from specified bank account.

Contract

We will process your contract.

For contracts longer than 1 year, we will perform a detailed explanation of the contract.

*There will be a penalty for cancellations after the contract is completed. Please enquire the Call Center for further information.

8.Moving In

Once the contract is completed, we will hand over the room keys and you may move in.
