BUREX serviced offices are the ideal solution for starting up your new Japan office in Tokyo. We welcome start-up scale companies to work in a luxurious environment with modern design and cutting edge facilities.
Flexible Floor Plans
BUREX floor plans were flexibly designed to change according to tenants needs. By adding or removing walls, offices can be separated into small spaces from around 26 m2 (8 tsubo) to an entire floor.
Design
Rare in an office building that contains mainly compact spaces, BUREX buildings feature a modern glass facade architecture and sculptural art works by the Japanese artist Tada Minami. The interiors also feature her colorful and playful pieces.
Receptionist Service
Lobby receptionist is available weekdays from 8:00 to 19:00. We receive tenants guests, help with package delivery, and generally assist tenants. We even provide tenants with umbrellas on rainy days.
Even when the receptionist is not available, tenants have 24 hour access to their offices with their exclusive building card keys. Guests can also contact tenants directly from the lobby interphone system.
Lobby Lounge
An exclusive and luxurious lounge space on the lobby floor is free to use for quick meeting or for receiving guests.
Glass Room Meeting Space
In the lobby, there are separate Glass Room meeting spaces. These are free you use when available or can be reserved for a charge. BUREX Kojimachi features a Glass Room for 4 persons, BUREX Kyobashi for 10 persons. Kyobashi also has a projector for presentations.
Rental Conference Rooms (only in BUREX Kojimachi)
Tenants in BUREX Kojimachi can make a reservation through the receptionist for a large conference room. The conference room features a table for 14 persons, projector, whiteboard, flat-panel TV, DVD/VCR, and Internet access.
Room Cleaning Service
Both public and office spaces are cleaned daily. The cleaning service staff will vacuum the floor, dispose of trash, and clean windows to make the area as pleasant as possible.
Seasonal Events
Various times during the year, we offer networking events and parties in the lobby lounges. A great chance to network and meet fellow tenants, or to simply relax and have a drink, these events are always enjoyed by all.
