FUTURE Adaptation
A separate vent shaft is available for future installation of a HVAC system or for upgrading the IT infrastructure. Sufficient space is allowed for the EPS and the building structure itself facilitates future expansion.
24 Hour Individual Air Conditioning
The air-conditioning system is a building multiple-split system that offers complete independence for each office.
Room temperature in each unit block can be set by tenants 24 hours a day to reduce running costs. There is no need to request late night or weekend air conditioning, so tenants can work any time they wish.
24 Hour Building Access
A card entry system that improves security, as it is very difficult to duplicate the card key is installed in the building. Additionally, the building is equipped with a triple security system that incorporates the entrance, elevator, and office door. Security staff will also patrol the premises during regular business hours.

Telephone Infrastructure
A single floor can be equipped with up to 100 telephone lines.
NTT telephone lines can be used on the 100 lines on each floor and ADSL/ISDN interference issue has been solved. Pre-planned provision enables you to shorten initial work to start business.
