For BUREX, the minimum security deposit is 3 months rent. There is no key money.
A guarantor may be required in certain cases. We understand the needs and difficulties of international companies setting up offices here in Japan, so we can be flexible.

- Do you accept individual as well as corporate contracts?

While most of our tenants enter corporate contracts, individual contracts are also welcome. Many companies who do not yet have their Japanese corporate registration will contract on an individual basis and then switch to corporate once the registration is finished.
