BUREAU Ginza is a high-grade, serviced office building for tenants with discriminating tastes. We offer both fully-furnished and unfurnished offices. With 12 different furnished layouts to choose from, our tenants can work in the perfect office for their particular needs.

Point 1 - Cost Efficiency

1.Initial Costs

With only a 1-3 month deposit required, tenants can quickly begin their business. Setup costs are greatly reduced because the furnished offices come equipped with furniture, a Fax/Copy/Print machine, and telephone/Internet infrastructure.

2.Running Costs

Concierge service, room cleaning (once a week), and water/utility fees are included in the rent. Because the telephone line is already setup, tenants only pay for their usage fee. Additionally, because rental conference rooms and other services are available, running costs can be kept to a minimum.

Point 2 - Concierge

A concierge is stationed in the first floor lobby to greet tenants' customers, receive packages in tenants' absence, or make restaurant or other reservations. BUREAU Ginza's concierge provides a hotel-like environment to support the business needs of our tenants.

Point 3 - Common Space Amenities

The first floor lobby is appointed with designer furniture, newspapers and magazines, and a self-service coffee corner and acts as the perfect waiting area for customers or as a quick meeting space. For more full-fledged meetings, we ask that tenants use the rental conference rooms. Car, motorcycle, and bicycle parking is also available.

Point 4 - Freedom in Small Spaces

BUREAU Ginza offers small offices (23.86m2 - 48.11m2) ideal for 1 to 7 employees. Each office is individually equipped with an air control unit, kitchen, toilet, and bath/shower. Tenants have 24-hour building access allowing them to choose their working hours.

Point 5 - Flexible Contractual Conditions

Contract lengths and conditions can be adjusted to meet tenants' particular needs. For furnished offices in particular, BUREAU Ginza requires only a minimum one month contract and two months notice before cancellation; ideal for fast-moving businesses. Also, there are is no renewal or deposit repayment fee.
