Our Health and Hygiene Commitment
As of 30th June, the EU announced a national travel policy and Japan was one of the countries permitted to travel for tourism and business purposes: this national travel policy followed Singapore’s recent entry policy announcement. Slowly moving forward firmly still the concerns are remain same.
As a guest of Space Design serviced apartments, we consider you the highest priority on your well-being to stay with us. When you are on next step forward, we look forward to welcoming you and we like you to be confident in knowing that we are more than ensure the safety and hygiene practice. We heightened our cleaning and disinfection manner and are happy to introduce additional preventative measures to create a safe and welcoming environment.
Process We Are Taking
Cleaning & Sanitation: We have increased the heed of cleaning in all guestrooms, public areas, and other high-touch surfaces using medical grade disinfectant and upgraded cleaners items. Apartment units are also cleaned weekly or bi-weekly and non-face to face to limit contact with team members. However, fresh towels and linens are provided to guests upon each cleaning shift.
Social Distancing: For the safety of our team and our guests, we are minimizing person-to-person contact by limiting reception service. We also have an online booking process, 24 hours toll free telephone and email support service to minimize contact in person. Physical barriers throughout the property including elevators also encourage guests and staff to practice social distancing at all times.
Personal Protection: Hand sanitizers are placed at the entrance for guests in their hygiene and all guests are required to wear masks and hand wash to prevent the risk of consequence. Also the merit of our serviced apartment stay contains ventilation,kitchen, and cleaning items. Which to be required a minimal standard of hygiene.
Team Member Education : Following all protocols set by global, national and local health authorities, Space Design team members have been thoroughly educated on best cleaning, disinfecting and personal hygiene practices. We ensure that team members who aren’t feeling well also stay home by conducting temperature and health screenings prior to the start of each shift. Team members are also required to wear a mask at all times while on property and at the back office.
Onsite services: Temporarily, we have limited our services, food and beverage offerings, and communal facilities ( spa / sauna, fitness center ). For local grocery shopping and take out premises to clinic information, please be rest assure that we have our customized local area map for each apartment to make your stay more safe and accessible.
Fitness Center: The fitness center is temporarily closed. In the meantime, we encourage guests to check our custom made area map to check our recommended local parks for physical activity for example.
General Booking: Until further notice, all of our properties will halt acceptance of new bookings for people returning or coming from overseas unless after 14 days isolation at local hotels. FYI: We have apartment style hotel in Asakusa and new style hotel in Ginza. They both available for booking. Please feel free to contact for further.
We are closely monitoring information and guidance from our local government and Centers for Disease Control regarding COVID-19 and we will continue to adapt and revise our efforts to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
