Our apartments are furnished with necessary home electronic appliances and daily commodities. We have 12 properties in Tokyo and Yokohama, all located close to train stations and therefore suitable for corporate and individual tenants. The apartments are available starting from one month’s stay.
We have guests who come on domestic business trips from the regions, overseas assignments or people returning to Japan temporarily, and so on. All apartments have Wi-Fi and we also offer concierge or 24 hour bi-lingual telephone support for your daily life. We provide our guests with comprehensive support to ensure safe and comfortable stays, for memorable living or business experiences.

Also, responding to the rising demand for short-term accommodation for overseas guests, we have started management and operation of accommodation services under the local Private Lodging Law (“Minpaku”). Accommodation at our high security properties are available starting from one night’s stay.

In March 2019, we had our grand opening of The Royal Park Canvas – Ginza 8. A collaboration between Kenedix, Inc., as the developer, The Royal Park Hotels and Resorts Co., Ltd. of Mitsubishi Estate Group Co., Ltd., in charge of the subcontractor for the hotel operations, and Space Design Inc. is managing the hotel.
