Space Design has a global and multicultural work force of both males and females with no preference over the other. Space Design strives to create a workplace where each employee treats each other with the highest standard of respect, understanding everyone has his or her pace and different career plan from others. Getting ahead of the times, Space Design also has implemented various advanced supporting programs for workers in charge of caring children or family members, as well as programs for any of our staff such as flexible work hours, two hours of leave (as a part of mandatory vacation time) etc. - not compelling to change employees' working style, but supporting each employee's individual working style allowing them to work at one's own pace. Space Design strongly believes that private time is just as important as being at work, and will continue to make sure each of our team members can lead a balanced lifestyle of work and personal life.
